SuccessNet strives to keep it clients happy. However, should there be a need to terminate service by the client or by SuccessNet, the refund policy is as follows:

• Setup charges for web hosting or dialup access are not refundable. If a service is used during any part of a new monthly billing, that month is not refundable. Any unused month will be refunded at the rate they were paid per month.
